With this single
tooth cutter you
will realize
perfect results
cutting acrylic
or similar
plastics, foams,
soft aluminium
and other
material where
sharp router
bits are a must.
Also best suited
for cutting wood
or wood
composites. The
polished chip
flute grants
perfect surfaces
even at highest
feed rates and
little danger of
obstruction.
These bits
can be delivered
with all common
coatings,
however we do
not recommend
coating normally
in order to
maintain the
excellent
sharpness.
Caution:
This single
tooth cutter
like all one
fluted tools is
unbalanced.
Before using
bigger diameters
at high rotation
speed make sure
that your
spindle is able
to stand the
out-of-balance
forces.
Price
adjustments as
of March 2019:
Since introduction of
the EURO
(01.01.2002) the
prices of the
F113 series never
have been
changed. Now,
after more than
17 years of
stability we are
forced to adjust
the prices by 7%
in average, what
means 0,4% per
year. We
apologize, but
we think this is
not really
much, taking into
consideration
that the price
of the raw
material
(tungsten
carbide) has
raised by more
than 11% since
January 2018.
Still the
same prices we
offer for the
similar series
F120. Perhaps
that series
might be an
alternative for
your
applications?
